Pros

Excellent people (sales/ recruiting) Good PTO

Cons

Management is a nightmare. Narcissistic micromanagement leadership. Frat house culture Leadership will tell you they care but they really don't. Upper management encourages people to quit instead of helping you. Unlimited pto but make you feel like crap for taking time off, even if you don't use it much. There is no HR in this place so don't expect any issues to be resolved or anyone to have your back. Promise you to make as much as a doctor yet start all employees off at 40k and 2% commissions.
