Pros

I love my team and have a wonderful manager to guide me, as I gain more experience in this field. Strong visibility to ELT, who's happy to help in any way they can. Incredible promotion opportunities, quick growth, and incentive rewards. We have a strong commission structure, which enables producers to elevate their pay upon performance.

Cons

Not for the faint of heart; Highly competitive industry, will get more no's until you get a yes, etc.
