I have been at other companies where these perks were reserved for Senior Leadership. I left my previous company to continue my career growth as an RM with TIG and it's been the best decision I could have made. I feel challenged, respected, supported and most importantly, heard from everyone in leadership. Upper management has guided and pushed me to make tough decisions or solve issues (both big and small) in my own way which has helped with my confidence as a leader. I'm supported when I need it but trusted to make decisions that I feel will benefit my team as a whole and supported fully in those decisions. Coming from a position where the CEO is not involved in the day to day of a company to TIG with a CEO who's in the office every day, on the road with sales teams when needed, visits offices to meet every employee and makes sacrifices of his own to benefit his team and the entire health of the company is something truly incredible. I am grateful and lucky to be part of such an amazing team!
