Culture First Company

Pros

Culture is everything here. You are treated like an adult to work autonomously and be self-accountable for your book of business. They offer good coaching, positive affirmations, and the team is truly a family. I’ve only been here 5 months and I did have some growing pains initially as well as some baggage I carried over from my last job which was more on the side of a toxic culture poor environment. However, in this short time I’ve learned from a team of literally the best in the business had I not taken the leap of faith in leaving a company I had been with for close to 5 years, I would never have been able to grow as a person and as a professional the way I have here. For a relatively large company the CEO is quite involved and present daily which I really like. Keep up all the great work everyone!

Cons

Not for anyone coming in with no experience. Training is enough to get you used to internal processes and systems but not enough to make someone “green” truly successful in recruiting or sales with the exception of maybe on the direct hire side. It’s a lot of learning by trial and error. Only other note I’d make is sometimes it takes a really long time and is a drawn out process to resolve small internal issues or to address process improvement concerns.

Pros

I just wanted to thank you Intersect Group the client you sent me to was not using my Networking talent effectively and was wasting my time. The moment you allowed your client to break the law, another company hired me as a Network Engineer, so please thank you for the best thing that ever happened to me! From the bottom of my heart thank you.

Cons

They allowed the client to fire me for breaking my foot. They made up a crazy accusation that I was a Russian hacker, all because I went to a Russian website. They made crazy accusations of I broke their network from a wifi but when I checked my total bandwidth for that week, it was a total 1.433MBs of data, I guess I am one efficient hacker to bring down an oil company worth $100 million dollars. Or maybe you just allowed a company who made us go to safety meeting on a monthly basis fire me because I had a work place accident and they were afraid because I was hoping around on crutches with a broken foot. If you thinking about working for them try anywhere else. They are a very heartless company they care less about their employees. When I broke my foot on the job I had to practically twist their arm to send me to a doctor like the law states and the workman's comp insurance denied me any actual medicine or treatment...I had to settle my foot injury out of my own expense and left me jobless. By the way if they do something underhanded to you, like break the law and they will ask you to remove the truth from google reviews and everywhere else and promise to hire you somewhere else.....you LIED so review is back online.
