Pros

Amazing company culture and leadership! Our team loves coming into work together, we have a very fun atmosphere yet very hardworking team. Leadership is great at celebrating accomplishments and building team dynamics. Great work/life balance. Very quick track to promotions; from the day you start they want to know where you want to grow into and how they can help get you there. Leadership is also always seeking growth and development as a company, and are rapidly expanding.

Cons

none that I can think of
