Pros

This company definitely has a great, straight forward plan for everyone they hired to be promoted! The goals and their expectations are very clear from the start which I appreciate. If you don’t mind putting in the work and the time, you WILL see the payoff. Management is open, honest, & approachable; they will be your best resource if you’re struggling.

Cons

If you don’t like calling people constantly and failing a few times or if you easily get discouraged, this isn't the job for you. You will have bad days or even a bad week here and there, you have to be able to push through and stay positive.

Pros

Being in this industry for 12 years, I expected all staffing companies to be eerily similar. The Intersect Group has completely broken the mold of traditional staffing and recruiting firms. First and foremost, their training program is second to none! They spare no expenses when it comes to investing in their employees. There is continuous training and development throughout a new hire's ramp period and then additional workshops and training classes throughout the year for established employees. The training and development department is always looking for ways to improve in order to make training more fun as well as more efficient and effective. Secondly, the culture of the company is incredible. Since my first day with the organization, every person I encountered was extremely welcoming, friendly, and genuine. I immediately felt part of the family and not just "a number". Even though I am in a "branch office", I never felt a lack of support from the corporate office. Everyone from corporate services was more than willing to offer assistance every step of the way to get things up and running at the new branch office. They promote legendary work/life harmony with their flexible PTO policy, their annual Legends Trips, their monthly milestone outings, their constant commitment to teambuilding events, contests and rewards, their monthly All-Stars dinners, and their maternity leave policy. They are an employee/family first organization. They promote from within and are fully transparent on the requirements to earn promotion. Promotions are strictly given based on individual contributions and achievements and not based on favoritism. They have implemented an incredible career path progression, along with an incentive units plan, that invests heavily in their current employees, setting a pathway to future retirement and reinforcing a commitment to employee retention. I can hands down say that this is the most passionate I have been about an organization in my career. It is the happiest I have been with an organization and it is the best group of people I have ever worked with in my entire career. I cannot see myself being with any other organization.

Cons

At first I thought the lack of a 401k match was going to be one of their cons. However, their incentive units plan is FAR better than any 401k match program could ever dream to be.

Pros

- Phenomenal leadership - Clear expectations - Uncapped earning potential - Top 5 staffing market in the US; Dallas has unseen potential. LOTS of growth. I have been in staffing here in the DFW for the past 5 years. TIG is the first place where I feel my hard work and grit being rewarded and praised. My market director gets me and pushes me to achieve my full potential. Whether that being teeing up opportunities to win or sitting down and getting into "LIFE"; there is no doubt my MD has my best interests at heart. This type of leadership from the top trickles down into every interaction in the Dallas office! Fighting spirit, driven to serve, celebratory nature - these traits make up our culture. I chose TIG and in turn, TIG has chosen me.

Cons

- Hard work - High expectation's If these are "cons" in your mind, probably not the place for you. We WIN at a high level here at TIG.
