Pros

- Great work/life balance. - They are always striving to provide a positive work environment (wellness programs, fun events, etc.). - Interview and on-boarding process was very smooth - Sarah walked me through all of the details for the position and checked in throughout the interview process, just to make sure everything was in line with what I was seeking from a company and a position.

Cons

None. Joining the TIG team has been my best career decision.

I have been in staffing/recruiting for 5+ years and the past 3+ have been with TIG. It has been a fantastic & welcoming organization since the day I started. Excellent compensation plan, flexibility, great leadership, resources to succeed and opportunities to grow. Great culture, fun people and overall a positive environment. Highly recommend it for those who want to work hard and succeed.

Pros

- People - fun and collaborative team - Leadership - they invest in you and care about your success. I transitioned to a manager role, and they offered a full training workshop to make sure I felt comfortable and had the tools to be successful - Work-life balance - I've never had to think twice about stepping away for an emergency or if there's something I need to do to take care of my family. Everyone has the trust from leadership that they'll do what needs to get done. -Strong compensation plan
