Pros

TIG is a quickly growing company that is currently optimizing every single process we perform within the company. My employment here allows me to be creative and innovative while making HUGE differences that will follow the company into the future as it matures and expands. Although I am in an individual contributor level role, I am still empowered to make decisions and recommendations to any level of executive leadership, even up to the CEO. Our teams work well together due to our relaxed culture and focus on trust, honestly and transparency. TIG management has actively thought of ideas to maintain motivation and create a fun work environment by creating a social committee to facilitate monthly company-wide events, contests to drive adoption of new processes and performance of key activities and the empowerment of employees to give their true feedback on any changes we have added to our day to day roles. As the company matures and grows, leadership allows the same of its employees. Our environment is one that allows for mistakes to be made without overly harsh consequences as long as they are resolved and taken as a learning opportunity. Our current management is doing a great job at embracing and supporting change even when extra work is created for their teams at the benefit of other teams. Everyone is on board for the initial large amount of work knowing that it will pay off in the long run resulting in a fun and productive work environment, happy customers and happy staff.

Cons

As with any company that is experiencing widespread growth and change, this can be painful and can create long work hours. This isn't something that some people can handle, and because of that, we have experienced some turnover and disgruntlement. However, anyone who is up to the challenges of the workplace is highly rewarded for their efforts not only monetarily, but in recognition and extra opportunities for training and advancement.

Pros

This is a company that walks the talk. They believe in doing what's best for clients and candidates and will bend over backwards to ensure that goal is met. The team works collaboratively, shares information freely and, while filled with driven people, strive to help people, not just maximize the bottom line. It is a culture of trust and transparency and I've never encountered so many people that are happy to assist one another, even if it takes away from their own time. They know how to find the best talent in the marketplace and match those to great opportunities with good employers. In addition, the HR team is the epitome of professionalism, responsiveness and customer service. They are simply remarkable. They support the internal team and consultants with efficiency and genuine care.

Cons

The nature of the industry is such that it will never just be a 40 hour work week. Anyone going into it needs to be aware of that on the front end. But the rewards you reap in this industry are well worth the investment and it is a pleasure to work alongside people who care about others (internally & externally), are dedicated to what they do, and have tremendous fun in the process.

Pros

Seemed like a great place to work until I saw the true picture on the inside. Management at this place is nothing but a fa sad.

Cons

The Intersect Group in Dallas (Addison) is the most deceptive and has the most outright dishonest people I have ever dealt with in the contracting/staffing industry. They will tell you and their clients anything to make a buck. I was a full time employee for them and the things I saw and heard were not just mind boggling but some were outright illegal. When I reported these things to upper management back in Atlanta I was told I must have misunderstood what I had been seeing and hearing. What?!?!! My advice is to avoid them at all cost.
