Pros

Pay is decent and the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Managers are in meetings constantly. They are unavailable to help employees, and they have no idea what is going on in their departments.

Pros

As an In Vivo Technologist, I gained a huge amount of work experience with a variety of biomethods and research projects within a relatively short period of time. I also heard that employees at the main branch in Maine are treated very well.

Cons

Very high turnover rate while I worked in the Sacramento branch. This was probably due to being perpetually understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. Many employees would get the job experience at this company, then move to another company ASAP.
