Pros

Jax was a great place to work, the community atmosphere at the Bar Harbor and Sacramento campuses was refreshing. Always willing to listen to input and you are able to shape the direction at times the department is going. The administration at Jax IT was very good and their flexibility in working hours and remote hours made this a better place to work.

Cons

Locations were difficult, many people did not like the Bar Harbor area because of a lack of convenience and housing could be an issue..

Pros

Small environment. Get to wear a lot of hats. Learn new technologies.

Cons

IT department lacks collaboration and true customer service. Total compensation is on the lower end. Company departments lack synergy across the enterprise. Employees lack morale. Constant salary freezes. Small company growing pains.

Pros

We're dedicated to a good cause -- supporting research to cure disease.

Cons

We're growing very fast and that means growing pains while we figure out scalable processes.
