They change policies all the time to fit their agenda. Pick and choose to whom they want to enforce said policies. Management lies to your face and when you catch them and report it, they say they never said it. They tell you that you get holidays off, that is a lie, only upper Management gets holidays off. They blame you when you get hurt due to outdated, and broken equipment. Management is always in meetings yet nothing ever changes.
