Pros
Nice atmosphere, very good location for a postdoc to be open for opportunities from both Boston and New York "Biotech Hubs". Very nice benefits, very nice area to live in (especially with family and kids). Top quality science, and a lot of opportunities to grow. Overall its a very good place, and if you can go there, go for it.
Cons
Many PIs are relatively new, as the entire location is relatively new there. As a result many Postdocs are generally over-utilized / exploited (?).
