      good salary and some professors are good and data quality is so high

      Cons

      some PIs care only about grants. they treat postdocs as technicians and use them to get preliminary results for grants without any credit to them and do not give them chance to write their own papers and improve their CV. huge unnecessary stress and bad treatment. very formal environment and unfriendly. the administration knows about those bad professors and are fine with that. very bad

      Great benefits, good pay, great culture.

      Cons

      Commuter bus is overcrowded, animal care staff aren't allowed to schedule extra time off on holiday weeks, depending on what room you get put in, they might make you do weekend welfare checks more often than once a month.

      Pros

      Beautiful place to work with everything available on site. Great opportunity for promotion from within.

      Cons

      Housing is impossible. Leadership makes promises that are never delivered on. Being based in a very small community the environment is very strange, with many lines being crossed between managers and their employees. Hard to navigate within.
