Pros

I love what I do.

Cons

You don't get paid enough for all that they require of you. Even when the economy is bad, the raises are a few cents, literally. You have to work on holidays and if you want them off they make you work extra later on. They try to make up for their low pay by doing small gatherings with food. It's like that's not going to pay my rent so I prefer not. You will never be able to buy a house on their pay. They don't teach you enough so you can move up. I mean isn't that the plan to move up the ladder. The people above you because they're salary, take so much time off but when you request it, it's like no sorry because their kids are more important than yours. They treat you like lower class. If you can find better pay, I suggest you work somewhere else.
