Pros

The Judge Group is one of the best US staffing firms in terms of consistent workload. If you are considering the volume of work you want, they never run out—there is always a steady flow of opportunities.

Cons

I think incentive structure is not upto the market.

Pros

Company have mostly all the direct client, no implementations. There is a direct approach with the account executives, There is a lot of exposure you will get of Sales life cycle, direct client working and many more. I'm getting support from my executives, I'm really thankful to them (SAM National)

Cons
