Pros

Very good possibility for advancement, as long as you are open to being on the phone heavy and work hard to get placements.

Cons

Management; some managers are great others not so and want you to do all the leg work while they receive all the credit for your hard work.

Pros

Great opportunity to grow your career if you can get a fair opportunity to get through the training process. Has great contest and incentives to do well.

Cons

Shady management, will tell the employee one thing and then turn around talk to their superior in a negative way about you, once again not most but a very select few. Be careful if new employee.

Pros

Great Group of people. Everyone is young and loves to go out with each other.

Cons

The pay is absurdly low and the comission structure is no where near competitors in the area. They need to rethink the pay to keep people around.
