Pros

Well built company from an infrastructure, technology (although they do not supply anyone with laptops- Even Salespeople), and reporting perspective. Solid training program (although a complete waste of $ because of their terrible retention rate, so they are basically training good people for their competition). 2 Presidents club trips a year.

Cons

Management has no outside experience other then Judge. This is not the company that Marty Judge started back in 1970. If you have the opportunity to work in New England or New Jersey this might not pertain as the management in those areas have been on board for awhile and are solid. . At first glance the company looks solid, as they spend money on office's and a gorgeous HQ....but it is designer lipstick on a pig. If you have a family, do not put them through this. Looking back, my experience with these guys is now comical.

Pros

The company did follow-ups which is rare.

Cons

Difficult job market and therefore difficult to find next project.
