Pros

They are a fun group to work with. Youthful driven group of colleagues.Perks are good and are not difficult to reach. It is an all commission deal, if you sell and collect you should get paid.

Cons

Too few people who do not have executive experience at other successful firms work there. This creates a false sense of security for those in charge. They are not that smart. As far as future growth they are limited as a company. They want to grow to a billion dollar company. I do not see it happening.Way too much turnover. They 25-30 at a time and put them through "training" and at the end of 2-4 months most leave. this is a huge problem they cannot correct.

Pros

The people are ok but only watch out for themselves which unfortunately is through no fault of their own. Seems management doesn't really like/support colleagues talking with each other...even if it is business-related.

Cons

Expected 60-80 hr work week and you're not valued unless you make 60+ calls a day. Database is a joke, employees don't really support each other's efforts with clients. If you throw enough prospects at a cient regardless of whether they are qualified or not, the philosohy is something hs got to stick. If you have any pride in the work you do, this is NOT the place for you.

Pros

Uncapped commissions and competitive base pay.

Cons

Executive leadership seems to protect bad leaders for too long. New branch director in Dallas has created a toxic work environment and takes a dictatorial approach in how he runs the office.
