Pros

11 to 8am awake; able to use phones and computers, and do homework if you want. Have a wide range of clients, some behavior issues sometimes. Most nights they sleep. Great coworkers though. they are awesome. Free food if you want. A lot of activities over the weekends.

Cons

$15 which is not good for me.

Pros

Supportive and understanding leadership, although management varies significantly from regional office to office. Offers supervision and will help you in working towards LICSW. Good place to start your career, but always be thinking of the next step because you can't really make a long term career here, unless you are fine with making minimal money.

Cons

The training is subpar. They are heavily focused on maintaining their financial security, which only relies on billable income from DCF, DYS, insurance companies, etc. I would not recommend a long term career here.
