Long hours--but that is due to the mission and the goal of being responsive to client and funding source's needs

good experience in human services - the experience did help me find a job in the field pretty quickly

Cons

Terrible hours/schedule - long nights most weekends and holidays really volatile population- papaerwork- turnover of co-workers made job harder
