A lot of change but great opportunity for learning

Pros

With the acquisition there has been a lot of change , but there is also a great learning opportunity as we merge our processes . The people in the Austin office are friendly and the culture is pretty laid back. This is a great place to work with very talented people.

Cons

We had to watch a lot of talented people leave which is an unfortunate byproduct of any integration.

Culture is great! In office perks. The office space is BEAUTIFUL (DC) Perfect for recent grads. Everyone is super helpful/supportive within their departments (very "Go Team, Go!"). The job can literally be done ANYWHERE (as long as there is internet). Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Requires robotic-like focus On the phone ALL DAY LONG You don’t always get out what you put in
