Pros

- Exceptional clientele in Chicagoland and now in other states around the U.S. - A perfect culture for a salesperson: fun, competitive, dynamic, and busy - Over 28 years in business as an established, effective staffing leader - Phenomenal colleagues and a devoted President - A progressive stance on flexibility

Cons

- The job market ebbs and flows, but this is out of the company's control, so it's not really a con. In fact, business is better than ever with the pandemic situation improving.

Pros

Russ Larko is an incredibly fair, generous and honest boss! I have worked for him for many years and there is no place else that I would rather be. The employees that he hires are incredibly dedicated and kind. They are truly passionate about what they do and making the RIGHT match for both the clients we work with and the people we help find jobs. The Larko Group is a team of people that all work together and have each others best interest at heart as well as what is best for the company as a whole. The staff is also incredibly friendly and fun making going to work every day a joy! TLG is a group of people that you can trust with your future as they will take care of you just as their boss takes care of them. We want to help everyone find their home away from home like we did!

Cons

The only downside is that we cannot always help everyone find their next home and we really wish we could.
