This being my first job out of college, I could not thank TLG enough for welcoming me to the team with open arms. I love how I have learned so much already about how to succeed in this industry with the help and support of my coworkers. A great part about working for a boutique staffing firm is that I get to wear a lot of hats and never get bored! I could not image being in a different role or starting my career with a different company. Thanks TLG!

I can't say enough great things about working for The Larko Group! The President, Russ Larko, holds his staff to high ethical standards unlike many agencies (we hear all of the horror stories!), so it makes for a great group of people to work with and low turnover. He has an open door policy and encourages you to come to him with new ideas or anything you think could help the business. Overall just a fun office of people who all work very hard for our clients and it shows as we have many firms who we've worked with exclusively for many years.
