Great coworkers but a strange, stressful environment.

Pros

Nice coworkers and overall great clients.

Cons

In my experience, the workplace structure felt unusual, which may be partly due to the franchise model. Benefits and paid time off were limited. There were periods where employees were expected to remain on-site between appointments without compensation, and leaving was generally not an option unless paid time off was available. I also found that conversations initiated by management often included personal topics such as religion and self-improvement, which did not align with my preferences for a professional workplace. When scheduling or communication errors occurred at the front desk, or when clients received incorrect information, the financial impact could fall on the service provider. I found this policy frustrating because it placed responsibility on employees for issues outside of their control. While management expressed concern for employees, I personally felt that business performance and revenue were prioritized over employee well-being. The overall environment emphasized serving a high volume of clients efficiently rather than allowing sufficient time to focus on the quality of each appointment.
