Pros

Easy interview process, friendly co-workers, and a Fantastic operations director who will go out of their way to assist you

Cons

Company does not have a good structure in place for facilitating direct communication between their employees and their clients. Communications have to be routed through the CEO and this creates opportunities for mis-understandings and mis-communications.

They are very receptive to the needs of the employees. Great benefits.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that they don't offer separate sick leave time off.

Pros

TLN had decent paid time off, competitive pay, supportive team members and management.

Cons

My position was full time on a contract. We lost our contract. The hours where not ideal for my lifestyle but overall there isn't much that I could complain about.
