Pros

I absolutely love working for The Learning Exerpience South Lyon. Richard and Cindy are always so personable and friendly. From day one they were able to give me one day a week off to spend with my babies, as I was a new mom returning to work. They have given me great daycare discounts, extremely competitive pay, bonus incentives and paid vacation/sick time. The staff are very supportive and always helpful. I feel like a valued member of the team! I also love that I get to make the curriculum my own and have fun with the children.

Cons

Looking for good part time staff. Highly populated area and can lead to some traffic congestion, especially for special events like holiday concerts and graduations. Lower summer hour due to lower summer enrollment.

Pros

I recently started working at TLE. We were a franchise center. As i was approaching my 90 days and would receive benefits we were sold to corporate. This in itself was fine but then we were told we would not.receive health insurance for another month. This was a huge problem for me as well as others on staff who held the center insurance. For me it meant more of a penalty for not.being insured. We were told we could go on cobra. This was not an option for us as the cost is extremely high. Within 24 hours our AMAZING director Melodey Jean, and our dedicated VP of operations Scott Anderson had the problem fixed. Corporate is covering the cost of cobra and paying my penalty. This shows confidence in your staff. Personally it showed me that my employer saw my worth and fought for me! This means the world to me! TLE is a great company to work for.
