Pros

Being able to work for a place that really makes a difference in the community! I have worked for The Learning Experience for 3 years now. I began as a teacher and have been given several opportunities for growth since then and have been able to help others grow in the process as well. If you give this company 100%, and follow the guidelines they have put into place, no matter what position you are in, you are certain to be successful and happy! Upper Management is a great resource for information, and Corporate is always willing to help as well.

Cons

When children graduate and you have to say goodbye.

Terrible management, underpaid, high turn over, unprofessional, gossip seeking, untrustworthy, hard to get time off. Constantly listening on cameras. Poor judgement from office. Don't care about kids or employees
