Pros

I joined the learning experience family six months ago from a similar industry and company where I felt unappreciated and overworked. The industry is the same. The job requirements very similar. The time spent to achieve the results wanted for the role nearly identical. The only difference? I love working for The Learning Experience. The company is in a time of great growth and expansion. The company continues to seek positive changes and implementation of new concepts and ideas to make them bigger and better. And yet everyone you meet with The Learning Experience truly treats you like family. From the very top, my interactions with Richard and Andrew, to the employees who work in maintenance and on site in the school classrooms, there is a small business feel that welcomes you like family. I love the franchisees that I work with, the leadership team I work alongside, I adore my immediate supervisor and her passion and commitment to the team and the brand (Jenn Murray was also a huge part of why I accepted the role with the company), and I have made connections with co workers that I want to be life long. I am so thankful to be a part of The Learning Experience family and look forward to the many amazing things to come- in 2027 when we are internationally recognized and beyond!

Cons

As the company grows, new policies and procedures will come down the pipeline expectedly. Additional communication about them will help!

Pros

The learning, equipment, supplies, room decor and atmosphere, some workers, cleaning system

Cons

Low pay. 10-12 an hour to teach children? Nearly 20 a shirt if you wish to order more work supplies? A catering company that doesn't give enough food to the children? A meal of meatballs and peas? Macaroni and cheese with no other sides and the cheese comes from a nacho cheese jar? Ripped mats, drama, a loud and rude director who talks down to parents, and teachers who talk shrill to children. I was in and out within 2-3 months. Certain instructors such as a baby room lady Nataly, sweet and nice. Very concern for kids and baby. Preschool teacher randy? Big smile. Absolute energy and Happyness for children . Also to Coleen to children . Very smart and thorough.
