Pros

I've been with TLE Georgetown since they first opened. The owners are wonderful people and care about all their staff and families. They go out of their ways to make sure everyone feels welcome.

Cons

I have none. I've worked at other daycares and they are not as sincere as everyone here.

Pros

kids parents curriculum TLE branding and safety rules

Cons

no staff appreciation poor management absentee owners high turnover overworked and undercompensated give raises/promotions with no paperwork and go back on it so out to lunch on the management of their building they dont know what staff has which responsibilities, and thusly staff are doing work they are not only not compensated for, but can't use as experience on their resume because owners wont back up the referall

Pros

Good company to work for if you're in college or trying to figure out what you want to do in life. Decent pay. If you have the experience demand what you feel is a good pay for you, I saw too many people get hired that when asked how much they wanted to be paid at the interview that would say either negotiable or they didn't care and then would coworkers would talk about pay those were the people that were making sometimes $5 less which is sad. I worked for 2 as long as you do your job , focus on the children and avoid drama its a nice place to work.

Cons

some of the managers weren't so pleasant
