Pros

The children are the reason to love this job!

Cons

Total lack of training. They also ask you to work, and then say they don't need you, but expect you to be on call!

Pros

The kids & parents

Cons

The owner is a total micromanager with absolutely no people skills & doesn't let the Director do their job. Tries to instill fear in the teachers, very demeaning & rude. Constantly running into rooms telling teachers what they need to be doing, when clearly they've had absolutely no childcare experience. Just because you have the money to own a daycare/preschool, doesn't mean you should.
