Pros

Average pay, clear curriculum, indoor playground

Cons

Corporate makes it all harder. Very strict and unrealistic expectations. Your director makes the experience amazing or horrible.

Pros

Not many pros to say. The best thing about the place was most of the kids and SOME of the teachers.

Cons

Upper management creates unrealistic standards and expectations for the managing staff and the employees. Yearly raises are not a guarantee and they pay the bare minimum they can. The hiring rate when I applied was 16-20 an hour. When I left, the same position was listed at 14.50 to 16.50. There is no organization, teachers both have unrealistic expectations and yet can get away with anything because of how desperate the company is for employees who don't value their worth. Kids can bite other children for weeks, maybe months before management says we can no longer accommodate for them.... there is no value for people or the kids in this company. Individual centers have to pay the company for the TLE branded wall decals and are not allowed to play music or videos that aren't TLE related or approved. Just a scummy company overall.
