Pros

Job experience working with children

Cons

Owner scams you out of money. Sign up to work over time but pays normal pay under “holiday” . Establishment was never fully staffed leaving teachers out of ratio or students consistently moved out of their own classroom.

Teachers need more support and appreciation shown by administrators and owners.
