      Pros

      The kids are so much fun to be around and teach!

      Cons

      The locations are all franchised so it allows ownership to under pay you and give you less benefits than what you deserve. Turnover rates are high. Politics with the parents are the worst. My previous franchise owner tried to not give me the PTO I was rightly owed.

      Pros

      Coworkers and kids were all that kept me there as long as I was.

      Cons

      Awful scheduling, no breaks, management just DOES NOT care about employees! They were often shopping and gossiping while we called for a break an hour prior. Pay is horrible. It’s a lot of chaos, no actual educational programs or support. An absolute joke for a “school,” especially for what they charge or advertise. Highest turnover rate in employees and students I have ever seen in 20 years of teaching, and I am an actual licensed educator.
