Pros

Philanthropy program, great families, opportunity to make a difference, ability to be creative with the curriculum, plenty of training provided by corporate (if the director tells you how to get it)

Cons

Irregular hours, unhappy teachers, out of touch owners, lack of planning, small compensation, little vacation time, unpaid training, unpaid overtime, little to no new hire training

Some of the best reasons to work there for was the awesome staff @ the very beginning @ our particular site

The lack of encouragement from the supervisors and the constant moving around staff and children
