I've worked at TLE for the last 2 years and have enjoyed my time with the company immensely! Managment is great and the company culture is warm and welcoming.

Cons

The pay of being a preschool teacher could definitely be better.

Pros

Fun learning environment for the kids, modern teaching methods (use iPad to document child's day), flexible hours.

Cons

Poor management, poor communication skills from management, unorganized on most days, use a ratio system and if they are in ratio might send you home early or to another classroom. If you don't mind working in a high-stress environment for min wage go for it, if not look elsewhere.
