Toxic Environment

Pros

Most of the fellow teachers are easy to work with.

Cons

Owner and management are unhelpful for their staff. They do not follow through with promises to provide materials and/or help for their teachers. They do not follow best practices or even legal requirements for their facilities (ex. woodchips on playground). Terrible pay. Inconsistent breaks.

Pros

Flexible with hours, decent pay, weekends off, nights off, holidays off, enjoyable working atmosphere, one hour breaks.

Cons

There really aren’t many cons at all aside from stress, however that comes with nearly all child care jobs.

Pros

The Learning experience has great management and ownership the staff is also fun to be with. The work to life balance isn't awful they are always accommodating to time off!

Cons

Long hours, pay is low for what your doing, people in and out like a revolving door. Will hire almost anyone and the kids get bored throughout the long day especially during the pandemic
