Pros

They try hard to be a hip and cool workplace. They do a decent job but disorganized training, subpar healthcare, minimal raises, and employees can easily be overlooked/taken for granted.

Cons

Typical ailments of any DMV govt contracting company - disorganized & chaotic (though some of it is due to nature of working with a govt client).

Pros

MIL Corp has a strong family environment. They make you feel welcome and at home with a lot of opportunities to get to know each other and upper level management as well. There's a lot of opportunities to grow and better yourself as an employee.

Cons

The employee benefits are in line with every other company. Medical benefits aren't cheap. The PTO is standard. No sick leave. Only 14 days for paid military leave a year. Benefits could be a lot better.
