Food is always available, dinner provided if working late, high quality work, international exposure.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, weekend/holiday work often to be expected, lots of internal politics and personal opinions between departments and individuals.

relaxed environment, very casual, in a good area for the young crowd (SOHO), salary was good, free food

Cons

HR Department was small and the staff was a bit cliquish and snobby. They were not very friendly
