Pros

Free food. Pay every two weeks. Company BBQs and other company "moral booster" events. It is a great getting out of college, getting your foot in the door kind of company.

Cons

The company is currently going through the SLOWEST reorg I have ever heard of. The training is lacking. Everyone does the same job completely different. It is like being in high school again. Don't expect a highly professional atmosphere, it isn't there. The office is consistently freezing making for a tough working environment. The elevator breaks down on almost a weekly basis. There is a complete lack of communication between all departments.

Pros

Nice atmosphere, good hours, nice coworkers, mostly relaxed environment. People know your name and are mostly always glad to help you.

Cons

A lot of information to learn in a short training period. Can be kind of hard to keep up at first especially when you work a day with many calls coming in.
