Pros

Free breakfast - If you like cereal and bread. Uber eats voucher for on call if they remember.

Cons

Not open to opinions or feedback. Limited in terms of Cyber work - you will be mainly providing Service Desk assistance to satisfy customers and KPI thresholds. On-call hours are not adjusted well for suitable work-life balance. Forced to do Sales Training modules, rather than certificates or modules that will benefit your career development.

Pros

Smart people and no one breathing down your neck. Every one is extremely friendly and achievements are highlighted. For the most part I am left to do my work unless I need or want some help.

Cons

Location could be closer to the city, but thats mitigated with flexible working options.
