Fantastic team culture - the consistent pursuit of excellence with a team that feel like family Flexible Working Arrangements - Work from where you feel most comfortable. I have also seen many staff transfer their roles interstate to accommodate their preferred lifestyle and surroundings Regular Performance Reviews and Feedback - every 6 months with 360 reviews and staff feedback The Chance to Make a difference - I have had my thoughts and opinions heard and acted on, on many occasions

The Missing Link has the best team and work culture. Very supportive of their staff and lots of opportunities to develop your career. Proactive, diversity, respectful, awesome are just some of the words that come to mind.
