Pros

It's a very fast-paced environment, so if you are looking for quick learning this is it.

Cons

The company's management lacks maturity and professionalism. They often ignore issues instead of addressing and resolving them. This includes behaviors like sending private messages and laughing during presentations, which is unprofessional. The feedback system they have in place is flawed, allowing people to anonymously insult others without accountability. This contributes to a workplace environment filled with drama, which seems to be encouraged rather than discouraged. A significant problem is the lack of teamwork. Rather than working collaboratively towards common goals, there's a culture of blame and constant complaining. People point fingers at each other instead of cooperating and focusing on shared objectives. The company's approach to setting goals and targets is purely financial. The primary measure of success appears to be the amount of money made, benefiting the leadership financially. This focus on profit over people or progress indicates a concerning priority misalignment. Company events, which could be opportunities for team building and boosting morale, are not taken seriously. For instance, the staff Christmas party is described as inadequate, akin to a college gathering with just beer and pizza, showing a lack of investment in employee well-being. In contrast, the leadership seems to organize exclusive, fancy events for themselves, further highlighting a divide between management and staff. This disparity in how events are handled for different levels of the company illustrates a lack of consideration and respect for all employees, reinforcing the perception of poor management and a divided workplace culture.
