Little Career Development, and Almost Anti-Social Work Culture

Pros

Really great work-life balance. Hardly anyone stays in the office past 5. Bosses are very understanding with in-office flexibility and "sick" days.

Cons

Difficult to see career growth because management is uninvolved and most have been at the company for a long time so are too complacent to step out and invest in employee growth. Also, it is hard to be social and conversational at the company because there are employee cliches and a very quiet, almost awkward company culture.
