Great place to work if you lack drive, have no desire to progress your career and enjoy having incompetent Directors and Managers steal your work and present it as their own

Cons

Culture, Leadership or Lack of, ex: Director of ROIC already failed as a plant manger and was fired was brought back to be the change agent to drive improvement?! Definiton of insanity is what? People laugh at him behind his back and cannot stand him yet he strolls around like he owns the place. What a joke!! And there is at least two examples lioke that in every dept!

Started out great.... turned into a nightmare.

Pros

Higher than average pay. Premium benefits are available. Generous vacation allowances. Progressive childcare benefits for fathers.

Cons

Toxic management, from the top down. Hard times mean forcing out the high wage earners through "suddenly stupid" tactics and emplacing impossible deadlines. Very little vetting of incoming managers, leading to literally dangerous lack of leadership. Good-ol'-Boy Club for management, absolute silence and non-transparency (lying) for the rest. Horribly toxic environment, physically and emotionally.

Pros

Flexible schedules. Good pay.

Cons

Constantly restructuring all in the name of progress but making decisions and taking advise from consults who don’t know the business. They preach career development or employees are their best assets. That is lip service. They don’t deal with problem employees they restructure to get rid of people. They demote good decent people who perform at a high level and yield results. The environment feels toxic.
