It's a Wonderful professional group to work for I loved the company and the continuing education that it provided to it's employees. Would love to work with this group again in the near future.

After 5 years wasted at this company, no pros I can think of.

Cons

It was better 5 years ago with Jeff and Dean as our Regional VP and VP. Now there is just horrible communication, no room for advancement, rude and demeaning Corporate level employees, certain compliance offers are a joke and act like you are a huge burden when asking questions.

Benefits are competitive but taking more than a week of vacation at a time is forbidden.

Cons

Very unorganized and unprofessional company to work for. They do not provide the tools for you to do your job and often have to wait many months before getting what is basic needs. Dealing with the corporate office is like dealing with bullies-they are mean, nasty, and have a very high employee turn over.
