Pros

I did meet some of the co-workers in the world and picked up quite a few loyal clients that are following me.

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin, so I’ll start with this: initially, I was very excited to work with this company and be a part of something great. That quickly changed once I realized that not everyone within the company felt the same way and would even resort to sabotage in order to feel better about themselves. I suppose this sordid tale begins with “The Witches of Eastwick” aka the marketing department. And I use the word marketing sarcastically, because in reality, they know nothing about marketing, retail, or the cosmetics industry in 2016. They don’t even know who their customer is. The customer they want doesn’t want Exuviance. That customer wants Botox, Juvederm, microdermabrasion, dermaplanning, and microneedling. But Neostrata, and in turn Exuviance, have no idea what's really happening in this industry. • FB…”That’s not our brand.” • Yelp…”That’s not our brand.” • IG…”That’s not our brand.” • Blog articles…”That’s not our brand.” • Celebs with our product (at no cost to the company)…”That’s not our brand.” • Waxing in a LICENSED skin care specialty shop…”That’s not our brand.” So what is our brand? • Apparently, low quality YT videos, with a desk jockey as the spokesmodel. Yep, let’s film videos and take pictures, in our own service and retail location, with someone who doesn’t look the part or sound the part as the host. • And then, let’s post them online and tell everybody to purchase at Ulta. Even though we are filming at Exuviance Skin Lab. • And while we are there, let’s make EVERY paying customer feel uncomfortable for talking because we’re filming the next Emmy award winner. • Let’s butt into a conversation and tell clients in May that they don’t need sunscreen after that client has already had a full 20 minute consultation with a LICENSED aesthetician and asked about reversing SUN DAMAGE. Makes total sense, right? How on earth a brand can be around for 30 years and be anonymous with a world-class marketing (sarcasm) department is beyond me. How these ladies (sarcasm) have been allowed to have unchecked control of the company for so long is beyond me. Johnson & Johnson purchasing the company is the BEST thing to ever happen them. I sincerely hope they know that there are already recruiters looking for their replacements.

Pros

Awful management, no training, people being hired because they are pretty not because they know skin care. Seriously?????? Company is for sale & everyone knows it. Honestly, you are treated better I am sure working at somewhere like McDonalds. People don't waste your time. WORST COMPANY EVER........

Cons

NONE except they have nice brochures and nice marketing pictures. Give nice gifts when you buy a lot of products at an event
