Literally everything else. The teachers who have stayed awhile always gossiping with each other talking down on new hires. No team effort. Director turnover high because “the nest” doesn’t care about ANYTHING besides profit. Do not follow Covid guidelines whatsoever. 60% of the daycare was Covid positive and they still wouldn’t shut down. No contact tracing. Working ridiculous hours and never in ratio. Teachers talking rudely to children. Just horrible really.
