      Pros

      The health and dental coverage is a great value, and access to University resources is great as well. Beautiful and fun area to work.

      Cons

      As a large school, it gets very bureaucratic and it can be hard to get personal attention. Lots of university politics.

      Pros

      Faculty are very easy to work with and will help you understand exactly what is need to be successful in your position.

      Cons

      Very hard to get promoted without the proper educational background. Luckily this is a pretty easy place to get an education while working.

      Pros

      There are friendly people across the campus with diversity from all over the world. Great campus and facilities, libary system.

      Cons

      Too cold in winter and you would expect much heavy snowfalls. Sometimes difficult to drive to work when there are snow storms.
