Alot of great benefits but you'll have to be tough !

Pay excellent, pay incentives excellent. Good retirement savings. 50%off tuition for family members and free for you. Take advantage of the perks and improve yourself . If you love Ohio the retirement is great. Campus atmosphere and energy is stimulating.

Cons

If you didn't start your career here early in life or plan on moving around consider the alternative retirement plan so you don't get stuck.parking is the worst because they sold the parking to campus parc for a profit and you have to take a long walk to the croweded bus.... doable for a 3 day work week or you can buy an expensive garage pass but traffic is the worst getting to it .Hard get decent vacation time because senior nures take all of it with " primetime " vacation rules. A little bit of bullying, you have to be tough, no dainty flowers in this place. Some departments are " good ol' boy clubs" and hard to get into.
