Staff is friendly, great benefits, Dental school tries to connect with their employees and students. Professors are highly educated and underrated.
Cons
Low pay, indifference towards lower staff,but that’s not the worst of it... I enjoyed my position at OSU Dental School for three years, but then a new professional was hired with zero administrative experience nor managerial experience. Furthermore, he harassed not one, but two administrative assistants. One had to leave due to unsettling stalking/harassment, and also increase in medical issues due to the harassment. Another left due to feeling uncomfortable and similar reasons (but left before it got worse, just two months after working there). Avoid the research department. The high professionals have no clue what they doing and need to go back to their lab.
